Curl all the hair using a medium size barrel pin curling to hold the shape of the curls until cool,Create the wire structure using tick bands of plaited wire with a pearl in the center, pin to the head and thread the curled hair through he wire structure, at the base of the head on either side create varied size pin curls with the hair to the same with some wire and combine attaching with small pins, add embellishment onto the structure using glue and at the center of each pin curl.
